Hello, I'm Hayley
I'm the face behind Nutrition by Hayley, an MNU Certified Nutritionist with a strong science background and a passion for helping women achieve fast, evidence-based fat loss.
Many of the women I work with are in their 40s and 50s and feel frustrated because the methods that used to work no longer seem effective. They're often overwhelmed by conflicting advice about carbohydrates, blood sugar, cortisol, fasting, menopause, supplements, and countless other weight-loss claims.
My role is to cut through the confusion and provide clear, evidence-based guidance that focuses on what actually works. Together, we separate nutrition facts from nutrition myths and create a structured plan that delivers measurable fat-loss results.
I believe nutrition shouldn't be complicated. It should be practical, realistic, and grounded in science. Whether your goal is to lose body fat, improve your health, or maintain your results long term, I'll give you the knowledge, support, and accountability to help you get there with confidence.
My Story
My interest in nutrition comes from both my scientific background and my own life experiences. I hold a Biomedical Science degree (2:1) and spent more than 25 years working in pharmaceuticals and nutrition, giving me a strong understanding of how the body works and the role nutrition can play in health and performance.
I later completed the evidence-based Level 5 Diploma in Advanced Nutrition Sciences and graduated as an graduated as an MNU Certified Nutritionist with distinction. The course strengthened my belief that nutrition advice should be based on good science rather than trends, quick fixes, or misinformation.
After taking a few years away from my career to raise my three children, I returned with a clear goal: to help people get results without feeling like they need to spend months or years dieting.
Today, I specialise in fast fat loss and sports performance nutrition. I help people lose body fat quickly through structured, evidence-based nutrition support, and I work with runners, Hyrox competitors, gym-goers, and other active individuals who want to improve their fuelling, recovery, body composition, and performance.
At 50, I understand the challenges of fitting healthy habits around work, family life, and everything else that competes for our time. I'm known for being friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to, something that meant a lot to me when I was voted "Friendliest Face" by my MNU tutors and peers.
My aim is to make nutrition feel straightforward and achievable, giving you clear guidance, practical support, and the confidence to reach your goals.
