Which option should I choose?
Both options begin with the same personalised, evidence-based approach. The main difference is whether you want to work independently after your initial consultation or have a follow-up appointment included.
Choose the one-off consultation if…
You mainly want expert guidance, a clearer understanding of your priorities and practical recommendations that you feel confident implementing independently.
This is also a good choice if you want to address one particular concern without committing to further appointments.
Choose the Healthy Ageing Plan if…
You would value the opportunity to review how things are going after your initial appointment.
The follow-up gives you space to discuss what has worked, address any difficulties and adjust your recommendations so they remain realistic and effective.
Your consultation can focus on what matters most to you
Your recommendations will be based on your individual health, eating habits, lifestyle and goals. Areas we may work on include:
Metabolic health and weight
Manage your weight and reduce your risk of pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes and other weight-related health conditions.
Muscle and strength
Improve your protein intake and meal structure while supporting the activity and resistance exercise needed to maintain strength and independence.
Immunity and resilience
Identify possible gaps in energy, protein and micronutrient intake and improve the overall nutritional quality of your diet.
Bone and heart health
Develop practical dietary habits that support your bones, cardiovascular health and long-term health.
About Hayley
I have a BSc in Biomedical Science and a Level 5 Diploma in Advanced Nutrition Science, completed with Distinction.
There is a lot of conflicting advice around healthy ageing, from restrictive diets and supplements to claims about hormones and metabolism. My role is to help you understand what the evidence actually shows and which changes are most relevant to you.
You will receive clear, personalised guidance without unnecessary rules, restrictive diets or unrealistic promises.
I am also listed on the official MNU graduate register as an MNU Certified Nutritionist.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to have a diagnosed health problem?
No. Healthy ageing support can be used proactively. You might want to improve your diet, manage your weight, protect your strength or reduce your future risk of weight-related health problems.
Is this only for people who want to lose weight?
No. Weight management can be included where relevant, but healthy ageing also covers muscle, strength, blood-glucose control, diet quality, bone health, heart health and nutritional adequacy.
When will my follow-up consultation take place?
You do not need to arrange the follow-up immediately. After your initial appointment, Hayley will advise you when it is likely to be most useful.
What is the difference between the two options?
Both options include an in-depth initial consultation and personalised recommendations. The £250 plan also includes a follow-up consultation to review your progress, address difficulties and make adjustments.
Can I book more support after a one-off consultation?
Yes. If you choose the one-off consultation, you can book a separate follow-up appointment later if you decide that you need additional guidance.
Are consultations available online?
Yes, consultations can be delivered online, allowing you to access support from anywhere in the UK. Face-to-face appointments in Swansea may also be available.
Does this replace advice from my doctor?
No. Nutrition consultations do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical condition or take prescribed medication, you should continue working with your doctor or relevant healthcare professional.
